1. Peel plastic backing
from foam tape, place on
adapter where adapter
meets the post.
2. Place adapter firmly
against post. Thread
strap through bottom
opening of adapter and
wrap around post.
3. Thread NEW locking
clip onto end of strap,
then thread end of strap
through plastic buckle.
Pull strap tight and
fold end back over
itself to secure. Close
locking clip over straps
- then snap locked.
4. Thread strap through
top opening of adapter
and wrap around post.
5. Thread NEW locking
clip onto end of strap.
Then thread end of strap
through plastic buckle.
Pull strap tight and
fold end back over
itself causing strap to
hold tight. Close
locking clip over straps
- then snap locked.
6. For added security,
strap ends can be taped
tight to prevent
accidental unfastening.
7. Install your safety
gate using
manufacturer’s
instructions. Some posts
may require 2 adapters
per post. |
